HELP!!! possible pulled muscle?

i know this is kind of long but PLEASE help.ok so yesterday i was at the fair with my friend and while we were walkin around my calf started to hurt like the muscle but i didnt think much of it because it does that sometimes in my right calf but usually goes away fairly quickly so i just went on. but when i woke up the next day it was worse i am walking with a slight limp. my mom think i may have pulled doing lots of flips on the trampoline but i really dont think so. like i said sometimes it just does that but it has never been this bad. but later today i am supposed to go to an open gym thing for like gymnastics/tumbling with a couple of friends and i really want to go so please what do u think i should do to make it feel better? i have been relaxing it and icing it but im wondering if i should try to stretch it or should i just try to let it heal on its own and take some pain pills to numb the pain for a couple of hours? please help i really want to go
