Would a control arm bushing cause a wheel to jut out while the other one is straight?

I hit a curb, and in inspecting the damage, the left front wheel faced straight while the right wheel jutted out as if to make a right turn, it just made a constant skid the whole way home, the control arm didn't appear to be bent, however the bushings were severely rotted, when I pulled off the control arm, one bushing split in half. Could this be the source of my problem?
