Do right and wrong cease to exist unless there is an authority figure present to p judgment?

Since there isn't a judge or a cop on every corner, when you get into a confrontation with a crazy person who is so blatantly wrong that person wins and will always be right. Wrong always trumphs over right when there's no official arbitraror there to make the call. Otherwise it's strictly on the honor system which has everything to do with wrong triumphing over right. So if a person cuts in front of you on line and there's no one there to watch that the line forms properly, the line crasher always wins.
