Whats the name of the punk/rock band with the upright b in this band?

The Band Is From Victoria,British Colombia i think and its a punk/rock band and the b player uses an upright b and i don't know the name of the band and its driving me nuts.. if you could tell me the name i will be greatful...Thanks! =]
