Northern blotting autoradiography ?

after this u place an X-ray plate on DMB paper or nitocellulose paper where the hybridization was done. as the DNA probes are lebelled, so they will emit alpha/ beta and gamma particles on the place where they binds to RNA. on the same place u get spot on the X-RAY plate. and whenever u get the spot, u r sure that the paricular RNA was present in the RNA mixture.
