Have you ever had anorexia?

I'm not stupid - I know it's a very dangerous thing. I was told though that if you go to the doctor about it then they MAKE you eat and that most people trying to recover become bulimic? I don't want to do that. Do you have any experience with this? What happens when you see a doctor? Can they force you to eat? I don't wnat to be forced to do anything.
