Protein Synthesis : PLEASE HELP!!!?

The DNA code is transcribed into mRNA, rRNA and tRNA. The rate of mRNA synthesis is much faster than the rate of rRNA and tRNA synthesis, yet the amount of mRNA in a cell in much less than the amount of the other 2 kinds of RNA. Account for this pattern please! Thanks.
