Will getting a tattoo near a bone hurt more?

shoulder blade isn't as bad as ribs or foot. if you have any muscle over your shoulder blade, which you should, you'll be fine. but the places where your bones are only covered up by skin, such as on your foot...watch out. that's the most painful.
