Rate/Fix this Monarch/Synchro Yugioh Deck?

i hate to say this but forget the monarchs they dont hold their own and are not as easily put out as other monsters of the same stars. i would try to switch this over to a psyc deck. there are very good sac psyc monsters that can hold their own and keep you at a good place until your synchro monsters come out. also you have a thought ruler which supports and can be supported by other psyc monsters very easily. the cards are not that expensive and not hard to come by but when used together destroy easily.
