Im doing a report i need people ADvice?

The other day I was mad at my best friend. I was telling another friend all about it. I said some really mean things about my best friend. Suddenly I got this terrible felling that she was right behind us. Guess what? She was, and she hasn’t talk to me since. What should I do? I just said those things because I was mad what should I do???
