I have to work with this quiet girl?

in English cl, my teacher igned us partners to work on a project. I got paired up with this girl named Angela. She's nice but she really doesnt say much.. not just to me, to anyone. If you ask her something she nods or gives a one word answer. How can i make her talk more, so she can help out more with the project? its seems like im doing all of the work.
