Did I ingest something dangerous?

I just bought Bio oil for the dry skin on my face. I think I ingested some (just the tiniest bit) because I could taste it. It says not to ingest it, but I'm not even sure if you can call what I did ingesting. There's nothing about contacting the poison control centre on it though. Any thoughts?
